ITAD FOR MOBILE FLEETS
Retire Your Mobile Fleet With Proof for Every Device
Every phone, tablet and smartwatch is counted in, erased with a certificate from the erasure tool itself, reconciled against your asset list and resold for what it's worth. You can watch it happen in your client portal.
THE PROBLEM
Most fleets leave with a spreadsheet and a promise
You Can't Prove What Happened
A recycler collects the boxes and sends back a summary. When audit asks for proof that one particular phone was wiped, there's nothing to show them.
Devices Go Missing in the Gap
Nobody checked what left your building against what arrived at theirs. A phone missing from the count is a phone still holding your data, somewhere.
You Never See What It Was Worth
One lump-sum offer, no breakdown, fees folded into the price. You can't tell whether your fleet was sold short.
YOUR ITAD PARTNER
We've been grading and reselling phones since 2016
Reflow Hub runs trade-in programmes for carriers and retailers across Australia and New Zealand, and sells the devices on to the trade. ITAD is the same work with the evidence attached: every device erased, tested, graded and resold through our own channels, with a record of every step you can check for yourself.
- Phones, tablets and smartwatches are what we handle every day
- Erasure certificates come from the erasure tool, never typed up by us
- Devices are resold through our own wholesale, tender and trade channels
- The custody record can't be edited or deleted, by anyone
- Trading pre-owned phones since
- 2016
- Trade-in programmes for carriers and retailers
- AU & NZ
- Erasure certificate per wiped device, from the tool itself
- 1 : 1
HOW IT WORKS
From asset list to audit pack in three steps
Send Your List
Email us your asset list or MDM export. Intune, Jamf and Apple Business Manager exports work as they are. We send back a quote with each line's value, every fee itemised, and the net.
We Collect, Count and Wipe
Every device is counted in on arrival and checked against your handover. Each one is then identified, erased, tested and graded, with the erasure tool's certificate attached to it.
Get Paid and Get the Proof
Track each device in your client portal as it moves. When the job closes, download the full pack: certificates, reconciliation, custody log and statement.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Everything between your storeroom and a closed job
Data Erasure
Every device is erased with an industry erasure tool. You get the tool's own certificate with its report ID and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file, so it can't be quietly altered.
Diagnostics and Grading
Every device is tested and graded on our bench, so its value is set by its actual condition. You see each outcome in plain words, such as "wiped and good condition" or "damaged and unable to wipe".
Value Recovery
Devices worth reselling are sold through our own wholesale, tender and trade channels. They don't pass through a chain of brokers who each take a cut.
Locked Devices, Handled
Activation Lock, Google FRP or an MDM profile still on a device? You get time to release it from your portal. If you can't, you choose: sell it for parts, destroy it, or get it back.
Destruction With Evidence
Devices that can't be wiped, or that your policy says must be destroyed, are destroyed with a record: method, time and photo, or a destruction provider's certificate.
Your Restrictions, Enforced
Destroy everything. No resale in Australia or New Zealand. No consumer channel. Remove branding. Set it in your terms and every device on the job is held to it.
YOUR AUDIT PACK
The paperwork your auditor will ask for, ready when the job closes
Every job closes with a pack you can hand straight to audit, risk or your board. Nothing is pieced together after the fact: it's built from the same records that tracked each device through our bench.

PRICING
You choose who carries the price risk
Every quote shows the gross value of each line, each fee on its own line, and the net. Then you pick the model that suits you.
Guaranteed Price
A fixed value per model and grade, locked in at the quote. If our audit lands within the agreed tolerance, the quote stands. We carry the market risk.
Share of Proceeds
You receive an agreed share of what each device actually sells for, paid monthly as devices sell, and you see each device's proceeds. You carry the risk and keep the upside.
Floor Plus Share
A guaranteed floor per device, settled after the audit, plus a share of anything it sells for above the floor. The risk is shared.
Fees can be taken off your proceeds on one statement or invoiced separately. Fleets with enough resale value can qualify for zero fees.
WHAT'S AT STAKE
What one retired phone can cost you
A Breach You Can't Disprove
One phone that wasn't wiped can expose email, customer records and saved logins, and it may be reportable under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. Without a certificate for that device, you can't show it was handled.
An Audit You Can't Answer
"Collected by our recycler" isn't evidence. Auditors and insurers want proof device by device, not a covering letter.
Value Written Off
Every month a fleet sits in a cupboard, it's worth less. Every device left locked is worth parts at best.
THE OUTCOME
What a closed ITAD job looks like
Every Device Accounted For
Each line on your list is matched to a device and an outcome: wiped, destroyed, returned or flagged. No gap is left unexplained.
Proof You Can Hand Over
A certificate for every wiped device and a pack your auditor can read, kept for seven years.
Value You Can Check
You see what each device was worth under your terms, and every fee that came off it.
FAQ
Questions IT and procurement ask us
Which devices do you take?
Phones, tablets and smartwatches from Apple, Samsung, Google and other major brands. We don't take laptops, desktops or servers.
How do you prove a device was wiped?
Each wiped device gets the erasure tool's own certificate, carrying the tool's report ID. We keep a copy along with its SHA-256 fingerprint, so you can check that the file you hold matches ours. We never mark a device as erased without a certificate, and no device on an ITAD job can go up for resale until its certificate is on file.
What happens to devices that can't be wiped?
Your terms set one path for the job: the devices are returned to you, destroyed with evidence (our own record of method, time and photo, or a destruction provider's certificate), or bought by us for parts and sold to a parts buyer who certifies the destruction of each board.
What if a device is still locked to our account?
If Activation Lock, Google FRP or an MDM profile such as Intune or Apple Business Manager is still on a device, it waits in your portal for a set hold period (typically 14 days) while you release it. After that, the choice you made applies: sell it at parts price, have it destroyed, or get it back.
What if a device on our list never arrives?
Every device is counted in on arrival and checked against your handover. Any line on your list we never received is reported to you as unaccounted, with what your list said about it. The job can't close until each one is explained, and it is never written off as a cost.
How is the quote worked out?
Against the list you send us: model, storage, quantity and condition. The quote shows the gross value of each line, every fee on its own line, and the net. It holds for a set window (typically 21 days). If our audit of the devices lands within the agreed tolerance of the quote, the quote stands, and you can dispute any line, with evidence, within the dispute window.
Do we need to remove staff names from our MDM export?
No. Send your Intune, Jamf or Apple Business Manager export as it is. We don't import any column that names a person.
How long do you keep the records?
Seven years from the day the job closes, or longer if your contract asks for it. Your pack states the date.
Who on our team can use the client portal?
Only the people you name. They sign in with a one-time link sent to their work email, valid for 15 minutes, with no password to manage. To add someone, email itad@reflowhub.com.
